Countermine Technologies AB is a Swedish public limited company listed on NGM Equity. Countermine Technologies’ corporate governance is based on Swedish legislation and Swedish regulations such as the Companies Act, the listing agreement and the Company’s articles of association. The Swedish Corporate Governance Board has presented a revised code adapted for all Swedish companies listed on OMX NordicExchange Stockholm or NGM Equity. The revised code entered into effect on 1 July 2008.
