Countermine’s customers and owners are the basis of the company’s existence. By meeting their expectations, together we achieve success. The following is intended to serve as a support and shared undertaking for the Group’s employees in the workplace and in relation to the Company’s stakeholders.

Working environment policy

All employees shall enjoy a physical, psychological and social working environment in which no-one need become ill or be injured in the course of or as a result of their work.

We strive to treat people with respect and dignity, and work to eliminate all forms of victimisation. We also strive to achieve a high level of work motivation, and to fulfil our promises and undertakings in a disciplined way.

We encourage diversity, and do not tolerate discrimination.

The Management has ultimate responsibility for compliance with the working environment policy. Each employee is also responsible for acting within the framework of the policy, and thus contributing to a good working environment.

Plan

  • Documented procedures form the basis for working environment measures.
  • Documented risk assessments are carried out with regard to work tasks, working methods and work tools. Physical, psychological and social factors must be evaluated.
  • Action plans are developed for risks which cannot be managed directly.
  • Division of tasks is documented to prevent working environment tasks being forgotten or left undone.
  • Contact is established with a competent occupational health service with a view to systematic working environment, work adaptation and rehabilitation measures.
  • A written summary of illness, accidents and serious incidents at work is compiled each year.
  • The causes of work-related illness or accidents affecting employees must be investigated in order to avoid repetition.
  • Working environment measures are followed up each year, detailing planned or implemented improvement measures.
  • We must ensure that all personnel have been given the necessary information and training on how working environment measures are to be carried out in the business.
  • We must comply with the regulations governing our business area.
  • Information material concerning working environment regulations must be available in the workplace.

Information policy

Main principles

All communication from Countermine Technologies shall be characterised by:

  • Speed, clarity, reliability and openness. Internal and external information shall be proactive and provided quickly. We shall be known as a company willing to provide information.
  • Contemporaneity. Information shall be published such that it is available to all parties at the same time.
  • Relevance and coordination. Communication shall be appropriate to the recipients and take account of the interests of all groups.
  • Accuracy. The company shall not speculate on future developments or hypothetical events.

Information to the capital market

The purpose of information is to enable accurate and fair assessment of the Company and the Group.

Internal management and responsibility for information

In principle all information shall come via the CEO. From time to time a board member may be asked
to contribute to information if this is considered to add particular value. The CEO may delegate responsibility for speaking on behalf of the Company on specific issues. Everyone who has contact with the capital market shall be familiar with the rules contained in the listing agreement.

Silent period

Countermine Technologies applies a ‘silent period’ of one month prior to publication of a report.

Forward-looking statements

Countermine Technologies shall in principle refrain from publishing revenue and profit forecasts. If forecasts are made, the rules contained in the listing agreement must be observed.

The company shall not comment on rumours. If the rumour would have a significant impact on the share price, the company will discuss possible comments and measures with Nordic Growth Market (NGM).
